- Rough dimensions — width, length and ceiling height. Paces are fine to start with.
- Two photographs taken from opposite corners, so we can see the whole room.
- What the floor is, if you know — timber and joists, or a concrete slab.
- Whether any walls want to move, and whether you think any of them are structural.
- A showroom or supplier drawing, if you already have one.
- What you want to change, in plain words. "The kitchen is in the wrong place and there is nowhere to put anything" is a perfectly good brief.
None of it is compulsory — the survey is free and we will measure it all properly ourselves. It just means the first conversation can be about your room rather than about a tape measure.
