Plenty of firms will sell you a bathroom or a kitchen. Far fewer will take responsibility for the fortnight of mess in between — the strip-out, the wall that turns out to be doing something, the plastering, the flooring, the making-good, and the sequencing that decides whether any of it lands on time. That gap is where Concept has spent nineteen years.

Established in 2007 by Paul Biffin, the company provides high-quality bathroom, kitchen and property renovation services across Hampshire. Over that time we have built strong relationships with leading bathroom showrooms, which gives us a useful and fairly unsentimental insight into modern design and installation standards — we see a great many designs a year and know which ones a real room will take.

The team is fully employed and experienced rather than assembled job by job. That is the thing customers keep describing in public without quite naming it: the same faces turning up, the house left clean, and somebody who answers when you ring. Alongside the domestic work there is a whole second business in reactive and planned maintenance for landlords, letting agents, housing associations, councils and commercial clients — less glamorous, and a good part of what keeps the team busy.
